Defrosting Menu
Spring 2026 Seasonal Offering
This phase of the Defrosting Menu introduced fresh, balanced dishes with a mix of bold flavors and lighter seasonal ingredients, creating a relaxed and well-rounded dinner experience.
Starters
- Birria Taquitos
Filled with slow-braised, savory beef, topped with fresh Pico de Gallo and Cilantro-lime cream - Arancini
Stuffed with creamy risotto, served with rich Roma tomato sauce and capers - Baked Camembert
Served hot and melted, topped with apple-pear chutney, candied pecans with a side of artisan bread - Buffalo Brussels Sprouts
Served with red onion and finished with a drizzle of buttermilk bleu cheese

- Chicken Francese
6oz pounded airline chicken breast egg battered, sauteed golden brown with lemon-caper sauce over pappardelle with wild mushrooms and spinach - Grilled Filet Tips w/ Bleu Cheese Fondue
6oz grilled skewered filet tips over roasted peppers, onions, wild mushrooms, green beans and fingerling potatoes drizzled with demi-glace - Seared Cajun Rockfish
6oz seared rockfish with shrimp, crab, peppers, onions and andouille over cheddar grits
