DESCRIPTION:Igloo Dining is now closed for the season.\n  This experience will return in Fall 2026. In the meantime\, join us for indoor dining\, wine tastings\, and seasonal events.\n \nAs spring settled in\, we offered a limited seasonal Igloo Experience featuring our Defrosting Menu\, designed to reflect the transition into the new season. \nThis seasonal experience is no longer available. \nThe menu and details below reflect what was offered during this event. We look forward to bringing Igloo Dining back in Fall 2026. \n  \nDefrosting Menu\nSpring 2026 Seasonal Offering \nThis phase of the Defrosting Menu introduced fresh\, balanced dishes with a mix of bold flavors and lighter seasonal ingredients\, creating a relaxed and well-rounded dinner experience. \n  \nStarters\n\nBirria Taquitos\nFilled with slow-braised\, savory beef\, topped with fresh Pico de Gallo and Cilantro-lime cream\nArancini\nStuffed with creamy risotto\, served with rich Roma tomato sauce and capers\nBaked Camembert\nServed hot and melted\, topped with apple-pear chutney\, candied pecans with a side of artisan bread\nBuffalo Brussels Sprouts\nServed with red onion and finished with a drizzle of buttermilk bleu cheese\n\n  \nEntrées\n\nChicken Francese\n6oz pounded airline chicken breast egg battered\, sauteed golden brown with lemon-caper sauce over pappardelle with wild mushrooms and spinach\nGrilled Filet Tips w/ Bleu Cheese Fondue\n6oz grilled skewered filet tips over roasted peppers\, onions\, wild mushrooms\, green beans and fingerling potatoes drizzled with demi-glace\nSeared Cajun Rockfish\n6oz seared rockfish with shrimp\, crab\, peppers\, onions and andouille over cheddar grits\n\n  \nDesserts\n\nPeach Bread Pudding\nMaple-peach custard soaked brioche baked and topped with cinnamon brown sugar and oat crumble\nChocolate Ganache Brownie Cake\nBrownie cake and cheesecake layered and coated with ganache\nPeanut Butter Sundae Cake\nDevil’s food cake with peanut butter whipped cream\nCheesecake of The Week\n\n  \nThis event is no longer accepting reservations. \nWindmill Creek is open for regular dining\, wine tastings\, and seasonal events.
