Join Meghan, owner of The Modern Graze for Grazing 101, a charcuterie workshop hosted by Windmill Creek Winery! Meghan will walk you through her step-by-step process on how to assemble a grazing board to feed 1-2 people. Make and take, or stay and enjoy the beautiful grounds at Windmill Creek while sipping on one of their very own wines.
Your Ticket Includes:
A spot for you to create your very own mini graze board. This board feeds 1-2 people.
60-90 minutes of instruction.
All cheeses, charcuterie, accouterments and other ingredients you will need to create.
All tools needed * with exception of your own pairing knife and creativity!
A menu of the ingredients used to make the board and wine and cheese pairing for each kit.
