Are the Igloos Heated?
The Igloos are heated and blankets are provided but you should still dress for the weather conditions and choose appropriate footwear for the outdoor walk to the Igloo Village.
Do I need a reservation? Is there a reservation fee?
Igloos are available by reservation only with a $35 reservation fee. The fee is not applied to your food and drink bill.
What if I need to change my plans?
You may cancel and receive a full refund of your reservation fee or reschedule your reservation, based on availability, up to 72 hours prior to your reservation time.
*We do not offer refunds of reservation fees for any reason including but not limited to weather conditions, COVID, travel delays, etc. within 72 hours of the reservation time.
How early should I arrive for my reservation?
Please arrive as close to your reservation time as possible and check in with the hostess inside the back door of the farmhouse. You’re welcome to come inside the house to enjoy a flight or glass before your reservation. We are not able to provide wine tastings in the igloos.
Can I bring my own food to the igloo?
No outside food or drink is permitted in the igloos with the exception of Celebration cakes.
Can I bring my pet with me to Igloo?
Due to Health Department regulations, only licensed service animals are permitted.
I have a large group. Can I rent more than one igloo and can they be moved together?
If your party is larger than 6 people, you can rent more than one igloo and we will seat your group in igloos next to each other, however, the igloos are unable to be moved together.
Can I decorate the Igloo?
Due to the limited time to prepare the igloos between seatings, we do not allow decorations. The igloos are lit with twinkle lights and are beautiful without additional decor.
Is there entertainment?
Each igloo has a speaker to provide music for your enjoyment. The music plays from the indoor space to allow our igloo guests to enjoy our live entertainment in the evenings.
Can my children join me in the igloo?
Yes, our igloos are family-friendly. We offer a few kids menu options and have non-alcoholic beverages available. Children must remain in the igloo for the duration of the reservation time. To ensure the enjoyment of guests in other igloos, children cannot roam and play outside the igloos.
