Are the Igloos Heated?
The Igloos are heated, but just in case you are still chilly, blankets will be provided! We also remind our customers to still prepare yourself for the colder weather conditions including choosing the appropriate footwear for the outdoor walk to our Igloo Village.
Do I need a reservation? Is there a reservation fee?
Yes, our Igloo Dining Experience is now so extremely popular that every Igloo requires a reservation!
Along with our standard-sized Igloos that can hold up to a maximum of six [6] people, we are excited to now be able to offer our customers our new “Party” Igloos that can hold up to a maximum of twelve [12] people.
The reservation fee is non-refundable and varies based on the date chosen, and size of your group:
Thursday/”Local’s Night”
- Standard Igloo [Holds up to 6 ppl max]: $25
- Party Igloo [Holds up to 12 ppl max]: $70
Friday, Saturday & Sundays
- Standard Igloo [Holds up to 6 ppl max]: $35
- Party Igloo [Holds up to 12 ppl max]: $70

I have a large group. Can I rent more than one igloo and can they be moved together?
Again, we always welcome larger groups and are excited to introduce our larger Party Igloos which seats up to a maximum of twelve [12] people! Should the Party Igloos already be reserved on your preferred day/time, in most cases, you will have the availability to rent more than one standard Igloo. We will do our absolute best to seat your group in Igloos next to one another when possible, however, please note that the Igloos cannot be physically moved together.
How early should I arrive for my reservation?
Please arrive as close to your reservation time as possible, and immediately check in with our host located inside the back door of our Farmhouse. You are welcome to come inside the house to enjoy a glass of wine, and then bring it with you when the host helps guide you to your reserved Igloo.
Unfortunately, during the colder months, and because space is limited, we are unable to offer wine flights and/or tastings PRIOR to your reserved Igloo Dining Experience.
If you are interested in a guided wine-tasting experience during the day, you are encouraged to contact us directly to make a reservation. Wine tastings are also not available within the Igloos themselves.
What if I would rather sit inside the main Farmhouse than the Igloos?
There is no denying that our outside Igloo Dining Experience is the most popular during the colder, Winter months, and we just love the excitement that surrounds this unique experience!
But… we do also know that some of our smaller groups/couples, and long-time customers, will always prefer the warmth & magic that encapsulates the inside of our family’s Farmhouse during the holiday season! With that said, please send ALL questions in regards to inside seating to [email protected], and we will be more than happy to accommodate you based on our availability!
What if I need to change my plans?
You may cancel and receive a full refund of your reservation fee or reschedule your reservation, based on availability, up to 72 hours prior to your reservation time.
*We do not offer refunds of reservation fees for any reason including but not limited to weather conditions, COVID, travel delays, etc. within 72 hours of the reservation time.
Can I bring my own food to the igloo?
No outside food or drink is permitted in the igloos with the exception of celebration cakes.
Can I bring my pet with me to Igloo?
Due to Health Department regulations, only licensed service animals are permitted.
Can I decorate the Igloo?
Due to the limited time to prepare the Igloos between seatings, we do not allow decorations. The Igloos are lit with twinkling lights and are beautiful without additional décor!
Is there entertainment?
Each igloo has a speaker to provide music for your enjoyment. The music plays from the indoor space to allow our igloo guests to enjoy our live entertainment in the evenings.
Can my children join me in the igloo?
Yes, our igloos are family-friendly. We offer a few kids’ menu options and have non-alcoholic beverages available. Children must remain in the igloo for the duration of the reservation time. To ensure the enjoyment of guests in other igloos, children cannot roam and play outside the igloos.
